Heads up: If your prepaid parcel isn't delivered after 3 attempts, it'll come back to us and we'll issue a credit note minus ₹100 for shipping costs
Need to Return or Exchange After Delivery?
Timeline: Reach out to us at kapachiclothing@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll get back to you within 24–48 hours! What happens next: Once we receive your return and verify everything looks good, we'll process your exchange or credit note. Sending Items Back.
